Madison, Rigby, and Sugar Salem
Menan sits in the middle of several great school districts. To the North is Rexburg and Sugar City. Many of the residents living in the Rustlers Hideout attend Madison School District #321, which is located in Rexburg. Madison is a 5A school district with about 1300 students attending the high school. The nearest elementary is Burton, about 20 minutes from the Buttes. Madison is the home of the Bobcats, also known for their Athletics and Fine Arts. A new high school was built not long ago and is just a minute drive from Burton Elementary.
Sugar-Salem Joint School District #322 is a smaller 3A school district another 10 minutes north of Rexburg. A few families from the Rustlers Hideout and surrounding area have their children attend Sugar Salem. Sugar Salem is the home of the Diggers! What or who are the Diggers? Rigby High School is south of Rustlers Hideout. Rigby is a historic rivarly of Madison and part of the Jefferson County Joint School District #251. They, too, have around 1300 students along with a history of competeing in athletic and fine arts programs together. Midway Elementary is located just 10 minutes from Ruster's Hideout in the town of Menan. Rigby is the home of the Trojans along with a newly built high school.
